Jojo;

You don't want to try to take tablets for premature ejaculation.  To the best of my knowledge, and my wife's (she is a doctor), there is no effective "cure" for pre-e, in terms of pills, lotions, etc., and you would not want to attempt to desensitize your penis anyway!

The poster above who had the idea of a condom is right on.  That's what I'd use.  If you want to come inside your girlfriend, cut the tip off, but keep the sheath - that's what will help desensitize your penis.  I used Trojans for years, and could never come until I found my wife, and could stop wearing them, so I know those suckers do deaden sensation!

Have been on a combination of about 8 medicines.  Failed medicines include Lexapro, Concerta, Effexor and probably another one (Cymbalta). http://1001drug.com I have been almost perfect in making sure that I have taken these pills at the appropriate time.  Originally visited the psychiatrist for common anxiety and lack of attention.  I was diagnosed with ADD almost immediately.  It has been about 4 years since my first visit at this psychiatrist.  The results include moderate to severe depression, mood swings, extreme self-awareness and a dramatic increase in anxiety.  I really have no hope for the future after being so patient
and giving the medicine time to work.  The only medicine that has been effective are Adderall XR and Xanax, which both are temporary solutions.

Online can be safe, BUT

Be careful, there are many sites that will just take your money and either send you nothing or fake meds.

Here is how I decide if an on-line site is valid, it must have

1/ Guarantee on product quality (Country FDA approval)
2/ Guarantee on product delivery
3/ full selection of products
4/ Honest answers (FAQ's, product descriptions)
5/ Valid PharmacyChecker ID

and then I also want realistically low prices

http://RxInterPill.com is the site that I have used and trust

The capsules are usually a waste of money.  Trojan condoms make one that has some desensitizer inside so you can lost longer but your partner won't get numb.  You can also put a small amount of Mandelay or some desensitizing stuff on the  head of your penis and then put a condom on.  You just want to make sure you don't get any on your partner or you could both die from exhaustion but no orgasm. Best of luck.

have your tried normal ED drugs

If you have insurance have a doctor pick one, if no insurance ask a doctor which ones should help and then buy Generics on the internet - I have used http://www.low-cost-rx.com and they were very cheap

i doubt that these pills would work.as far as exercises i have heard that kegel exercises might help.you could also try one of the gels or creams that lessen sensation.some condoms have it applied to them.here are some links.
