neck , head , throat , jaw muscles strain

muscles, nerves strain as i tried to pull my head muscles by opening mouth wide and skull moved to frontll

after such a big strain might my muscles, nerves and soft tissues are strained and iam feeling it

Nope as i was doing gym and i felt my muscles got strain backside ans i was feeling weared and without consulting doctor i tried to pull my head muscle back and my head muscle got strain backside and i was feeling weared and again without consulting doctor again i triex to pull my muscles from above head and from down of chin to frrotside by opening mouth so wide ......i tried to pull it in front and in this i opened to that extent as my skull moved to front and it pulled my all muscles connected to it ......it swelled so badlyyyy.......and my all back , shoulder, neck , head , chin, jaw muscles got strain......i feeling to die as my full body is paining and my skin of head ,jaw,neck became loose ...i am feeling to die .....plz help me wich doctor to consult

What happened! You opened your mouth and your skull moved to the front? I think you skull is susposed to be in the front or am i missing thing here?
