odd rash on back and face

Iv had this recurring rash that starts out like a pimple on my back and face.It then spreads out into a u-shape and then the ends connect making a circle and clears out in the center.It will itch at times but not always.It will last about one or two months and goes away on its own.After about six months it will start over again.Its not in the exact same place but is in the general area of where it was last time.It is non-responsive to anti-fungal medication (azole type) or lotions such as lotrimin.Im going to see a second dermatologist,the first one didn't know what it was but,did rule out what it looks like.That being ringworm.Can anybody relate to this type of rash?
