pain in my chode region after mastrubation...hlp

i'm an 24 yr old male. i have been matrubating for the past 7 yrs regularly almost everyday still can't control i have 2 do it. but for a few months i have been suffering some pain between my scrotum & rectum (chode) or some time in my rectum i feel  strong pain right after ejaculation & i have to do poop every single time plus my ejaculation & peeing range & power have become very low. when ever i pee or poop i feel pain in my chode region & can't pee or poop forcefully. before this i also have some blood in my semen but now it does'nt occur but pain do????? hlp pls
