1) Sitting in a chair and lifing my right leg straight out and up
2) Holding on the back of a chair and lifting my right leg up and back as far as it can go.
I don't know. Might be an inguinal hernia, although you mention your testicle turning... I would go back to your doctor and describe everything that led to this. The coughing (intense coughing can cause inguinal hernias, which would probably feel worse during the exercises you describe), the "turning" (which could be testicular torsion, although I guess that doesn't seem likely - I think you'd find that excruciating), and epididymitis are some of the possible causes.
Hi,It may be you strained the cord that connects to your testicle.By the fact that they pulled up when you were coughing would make me think so.It would cause a strange feeling to you,at times. If you are in doubt are do not get better in the next couple of weeks I would go to an Urologists.Good luck.
Anyway, it happens with these excersies:
1) Sitting in a chair and lifing my right leg straight out and up
2) Holding on the back of a chair and lifting my right leg up and back as far as it can go.
