pain in testicals

i am a 13 year old boy and i have pain in both my testicals what could be wrong the pain started in my right  an now ti is both

Were you hit there recently? Any sort of hit or trauma that might have bruised them?

The testicles can get damaged, they can also be prone to twisting so if it's a sharp pain you might want to get it checked out as soon as possible.

I don't want to freak you out but another thing that is possible is a testicular torsion. That is when the cord that provides blood to the testicles becomes twisted, cutting off the blood supply to the testicle. It is a serious condition albeit very treatable but it needs to be looked at quickly or you run the risk of losing the affected testicle. If you have pain and tenderness in the testicles with no apparent reason for it (you weren't hit, struck, kicked there, etc) you should get it checked out quickly. A testicular torsion can happen randomly and without any apparent reason.
