How bad is the following and what kind of treatment is standard:
Palpable mass 2 cm right testis obtained from an ultrasound.

Finding: The right testes measures 4.3 x 1.8 x 2.4 cm and the left testis measures 2.4 x 1.3 x 1.6 cm. There are multiple punctate calcifications seen in both testis, left greater than right, cosistant with microlithiasis. 1.7 x 1.4 x 1.8 cm simple cyst identified in the right epididymis. There are bilateral varicoceles noted.
Impression:
1. Microlithithiasis nothe in both testis, left greater than right. This can be considered premalignant.
2. 1.7 x 1.4 x 1.8 cm right epididymal cyst.
3. Bilateral varicocele.
