panis foreskin problem

i never have sex. i want to know when the foreskin been pull down it feel hurt and have a feeling that the skin is going to damage, is this normal. after pull down the panis become big cause of the reaction, it very hurt... how to overcome this problem.

the easy and quick way would be surgery.but it is also the most painful and dangerous.

stretching will take a few months but is easy and mostly painless.here is more information for you.

which one is the easy way and did not hurt... i want to know more about the stretching exercises.

you have paraphimosis.this can be fixed with stretching exercises and topical steroids betamethasone or clobetasol.or a minor surgery called a z-plasty.
