my pennis not errect i am having this problem from last 4-5 years. I have also get treated by the doctor but after two weeks of treatment same problem arise .Doctor gave me the medicines to increase the testosterone my testosterone level was under 2 .Is there any permanent solution for this problem if any then please help me
