penis become retracted after herpes outbreak

Hi: I had a tiny genital herpes outbreak 3 months ago, just two small pimples on the head of my penis. After that I have had issues with my penis, it gets "trapped" inside the skin ( I am circumcised ). It feels really weird and uncomfortable. It seems like my penis is retracted. It is worse when I am standing or I am walking, I have to pull back the skin of my penis to have a relief. What can be the possible cause and solution? It is the first time I feel this. I am 50 years old.
I have had colon problems also since October last year, but this is getting better.
