penis going inside

My soon to be hubby was standing on the bumper with 1 leg over the teal gate of his truck when he stepped off the bumper and got hit between the legs and his penis went inside him at that time he was able to get it out but then he was bleeding down there and I took him to the ER and he had to have surgery and we thought it was gonna be ok but then my cat jumped on his lap and it hurt him more then normal so I looked and he was bleeding again and it stopped but now every time he gets hit there even if its not hard he bleeds dose any 1 know why or any thing we can do about it cause it hurts him a lot and I hate to see him hurt like this and I'm scared for him to be around his friends that act crazy
