penis problems -- PLEASE HELP ME

Please, if there are any doctors that can help I would greatly appreciate it. I really don't want to live like this anymore. My problem is detailed below. Thank you.
For about 2 1/2 years now, I have had erection problems. Here are the symptoms:
1. No morning wood.
2. Penis, when flacid, feels like it has less girth--less tissue inside of it.
3. The normal sensation I experienced when my body told my brain when it was time to urinate has changed.
4. Penis no longer responds to visual stimuli, have to 'jerk it' to get it up. Loss of libido.
5. Persistant headache in back of head & behind ears.
6. Feeling of weakness in legs and a slight change of gait & coordination.
7. Inability to concentrate
8. Orgasm takes longer.
Sexual History--
No problems until a year and 1/2 ago. Long term relationship w/ no sex problems, then one day I attempted to have sex, and I was able to get it up, but lost the erection within a few seconds of insertion and movement. Testosterone was in normal-->high range. I was prescribed Viagra and the like, which helps but still I can lose erections even while on them. I am 28 years old.
Diagnosed with:
Prostatitis, then
Varioceles, then
Cavernosal Venous Occlusive disorder (after doppler ultrasound)
Sometimes it like if I don't touch my penis it doesn't even feel like its there.
