penis problems

When I was around 8 I tried to pull my skin back on the tip of my penis I have ripped it too far back and it stung for around 3-a week I have played with it and tried to help it, I ripped my pee hole and it hurt and is red now,I havnt told my mom yet, I am 14 now and started masturbation around when I was 12 I started getting a read surrounding my pee hole it went away but leaves a yellowish thing but it's also white around the yellowish spot, I don't have very much sperm and it's see through and not white, today was the first time I have masturbated in my sock, after that I looked at my penis and pulled the skin back and there was red dots on the tip of my penis, please help my I am really scared and scared to tell my parents about me masturbating thank you.

Hi you have got to get your Penis looked at by a Doctor , I would tell your farther what you are going through , he will give you all the support you need , Your parents won't be interested that you are Masturbating they would want you to be seen by a Doctor , Please get it seen to ASAP ,
