Aight, i have been looking on here and i have a question. Sometimes i have small red bumps on the tip of my penis, usually i jus use some hydrocortazone and it goes away, but wut is it?

I have a question, i have small skin colored bumps on my penis, they don't hurt and they're not red or anything. they have been there for quite a while and dont seem to go away, what do you think it is
