so if a person ends puberty, but say the penis did not develop the way it should have does this mean that these meds will work or is it too late.

my penis didn't really develop at all, its quite embaressing really and i would love to have the chance to have a normal sized one like all my other mates. i am now 29 years of age and think its too late.. but is it?

as legend07 said it will only work if you are not fully grown yet.

I think that there's quite a good possibility of an hormone treatment working for people who are not fully developed due to some sort of problem e.g hypogonadism.
notfullydeveloped, is this your case?If so make an appointment with an endocrinologist or urologist as soon as possible. All the best

i totally disagree with you on this one hormones can increase penis size. after all hormones cause puberty and make the penis grow so you might want to rethink your answer. if a man has low hormones then taking hormones can increase his penis size. what about www.sexnhormonecentre.com they say on there that there are 2 options for penis enlargement either testosterone or growth hormone therapy to increase penis size. now are you telling me that there lying? please get back to me on this one tlh777
