about two hours ago i was masturbating and everything was fine, i went at it for about an hour before finishing, i usually go fast but have never had any problems with that....
its beena couple of hours and i've noticed that the foreskin at the end of my penis is swollen, its not very irritable and does not hurt unless i squeeze it.

Some swelling of the glans and foreskin is normal with prolonged masturbation. A tight grip will cause a fluid build up under the skin. It might take a week or so to disappear. In the meantime, give it a rest and it will heal faster.
