pimple on testicle

Hi i am 15 years old and i noticed a very tiny bump or pimple on top of my right testicle. It does not hurt or anything.I am very worried about this.What could it be?

I assume you mean the pimple is on your scrotum (skin sac) since you can't actually see your testicle.

It is very common to get what are called sebacious cysts there, which are slight infections of the hair follicle. They're comon in areas where hair grow and are even more common during puberty when hair is just starting to grow. (The same reason we get acne on our face during puberty).

Just make sure you wash your scrotum with hot, soapy water at least once a day. This will help prevent them.
