MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
Your symptoms could possibly be due to any allergic reaction .Excess sebum can clog pores as it mixes with bacteria and dead skin cells and create pimples. Do not scratch them as it could cause infection or lead to a scarring. Use an antibacterial soap and topical application of benzoyl peroxide will inhibit bacterial growth. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and keep your system flushed. Maintain a healthy diet which also includes zinc and vitamin A.See a dermatologist and get these bumps checked.
Best luck and regards!
