Hi!  I'm not a man but I have 4 little boys who are intact so I may be able to help.

Do you think this yellow/orange stuff could be pus? Is your foreskin red or swollen?  Is it tender? Do you think you have a fever at all?  Do you have any trouble passing urine?   If you have any of these problems I would call your Dr.

My other thought is... Does it look anything like this?? (you will have to copy paste the link)

This is called smegma and is nothing to worry about.  It's a collection of skin cells, oil and moisture.  From what I understand it's always there but if left to accumulate it can get kind of cheesy.  To help prevent this accumulation, pull your foreskin back once a day and wash with warm water (I think soap should be avoided b/c it will removed other useful oils).  Also, when you urinate, pull your foreskin back and shake well LOL.

Here is a link that may be helpful.

It's worth a google if you want more info ;)
