prostateitis

my bf and i used to have a good sexual relationship then one day he got prostateitis .his dr told him it was an std. he was tested and so was i and the results were neg. i did have a yeast infection. we waited til he was well but it happened again drs said the same thing and again the tests were neg. but i got another yeast infection. we waited a year and had the same problem. its been another year and we are afraid to have sex. we want to but we cant figure out the problem and are afraid it will happen again. can you help us find the answer its not std i swear we havent been with anyone other than each other.

proctitas is not an std and only males get it its an inflamation (inflammation) of the prostate it is managable on medication have him go see a urologist oh and its not contagous
