rash looking marks

id like to start by saying that it has been about 2 months since ive slept with a girl and just recently ive had an itch on my inner thigh area up near the scrotum... while i was showering i noticed that on my left and right thigh both have the same mark... the marks are about an inch diameter... they are a bit darker than my skin color and have marks along the edges you would see from scratching and irritating the skin... im not sure why they are there so hopefully someone here would know...
