red bumps on lower stomach

hi, I have red pimples on my lower stomach, sometimes they are itchy and sometimes when i press them the blood will come out... I remember it started when i shave that area after 1 or 2 months. I have no idea what is that.. i am a bit worried to see the doctor even, Please any idea what are they?thanks, any medical name? does is it epidemic
