red bumps red areas on pale wrinkly glans (not itchy, no discomfort)

I'm a 28 year old uncircumcised male with pale looking dry wrinkly glans, with red areas below the glans skin surface (mainly on the top part of the glans, away from the urinary meatus), some areas all around all over the glans are grey pale and others a little yellowish. I had unprotected oral sex with a random woman, about a year ago. There are wide spread little red dots on the glans. There is NO discomfort, no itching, no burning whatsoever. These symtpoms began some weeks after that and have never gone away. Ive been said these symptoms indicate a fungal infection. Ive been prescribed 3 weeks of antifungal creams. They partially solved the symptoms, mainly closed the skin leaving the red areas within the skin. I was then prescribed an oral antifungal taken as pills. It was 15 days, one pill a day. The symptoms did not went away. Could this be something more serious like HPV or Hepatitis C? Or what could it be? The antifungal medicines never cleared the symptoms. I remember I was tested for gonorrea, herpes and HIV but results were negative.
