hi i am a healty 27 m with a question i have a red ring around the bottom of my penis head the forskin on the left side is sore to the touch there is no pealing skin or itching or discharge when peeing or ejaculating i use safe sex havent had sex in a long time can you tell me what this is and how to treat this thanks
i have the red rings around the penis...no discharge ...just soreness when my penis is hard..it makes sex uncomfortable
