red spots on head of penis and split foreskin

i have recently noticed numerous small 1-3mm spots on the head of my penis and have split skin on my foreskin. the spots are not painful and i seem to have a soft but solid build up of something under my foreskin. the split in the foreskin is a little painful after urinating but this would be classed as normal as the salt in the urine would be the cause. my foreskin also feels restrictive when i pull it back. there is no swelling to notice.
please help me with this as my partner is getting worried because i have been telling her for the last week that im not in the mood foro sex at the moment.

Thanks

Fuddy

Anyone reading this post, the red spots and split foreskin are signs that your blood sugar is way out of whack, test your blood sugar immediately, and see a doctor immediately.  This is a serious, serious situation.  It will lead to major complications if you do not address it immediately!!!

I think we men have been taught to wash our hands after using the bathroom, I have found it is far more important to wash your hands before you touch your penis when using the bathroom, especially when urinating.  I live in Las Vegas and you can only imagine the diseases that are brought in from around the world and are resting on the play buttons of slot and video poker machines.  I learned the hard way!!!

Pay attention while traveling. You can easily catch some disease in hotels, for example from bath towels that have not properly cleaned or are used and still remain sufficiently wet. Even more care should be exercised while using the toilets, especially those in places of unknown hygiene.

I have exactly the same thing as you... it has happened before once about a month ago and once around july time 07.. my girlfriend is really worried i went to amsterdam in the summer i did nothing while i was over there in the way of sex but its not a good thing to have in her head! Both times it has happen it has cleared up so after a period of around a week i think... it has since returned and i have it now i cannot link anything that may have caused it to come again.
From reading your q you have the excat same as i do.. dry split skin on your foreskin and small spots on the head of my penis. only a little painful after urinating and pulling my foreskin back because of the tight split skin..
i just really want an answer as to how it may have happened how to stop it now and how to stop it happening in the future....
