redness and slight swelling of the head and foreskin

i had receieved a little bit of oral sex during the day but not get to ejaculate. then in night i had sex with my girlfriend who was a virgin and nothing went wrong evrything just fine. when i wake up i jack it and go back to sleep then i wake up again and jack it and go back to sleep. now when i fully wake up i notice it was red and a bit swollen around the head and the under the foreskin but with the forskin pulled all the way over nothing visible. now i just thought it would go away on its own. its a about three days, now it just feels uncomfortable doesnt burn when i pee no discharge no fever slight back pain but then again i am a mechanic. the tip of the head just a little pain tho. i would like to know why this is still happening. im worried im scared and im 18.

Could be you've over done it and made yourself a little sore from all the oral, vaginal and hand jobs.  Keeps it clean and lay off any form of masterbation or sex or oral for a few dasy and see how it goes it it don't inprove go see your doc.  You said your girlfriend was a vigin what makes you so sure and how old is she?  Hope shes on the pill else you could be a dad beore you know it and easilly catching STDs
