regaining testosterone

hello my question is about rebuilding my test levels and getting more .  i just recently quit smoking weed  was doing it for 4 years pretty heavily the past 2 years .. i know the reason i have alot less sex drive is because of smoking weed.....about 5 months ago when i took a little break from smoking it  i was getting erections  like huge super strong erections and  then i was smoking weed very heavily and now i have a girlfriend i can hardly get an erection and if i do it does not last long at all ....i can get half the size i used to ....i was wondering what herbal natural supplements even foods....can raise my sperm count...increase testosterone alot...and how to do it quick ....i dont want answers like penis pills and stuff ..i want herbal things ....i eat very well have protein shakes , and workout very intense  pleae help i am only 18 years old i want this to go away
