Im 44 yo male 2 years and 6 months ago a doctor gave me a medicine called "itranol" made in israel against fungus since than the Abdominal wall got a Weakness something like atrophy
A Weakness (or atrophy ) of the testicular and the penis
erection decreased 70% immediately after  a doctor gave me a medicine called "itranol" made in israel (42 years it was like a rock)
libido  decreased 70% immediately after  a doctor gave me a medicine called "itranol" made in israel (42 years I needed have sex with women once everyday -I was addict to sex)
After 2 years it became worst -  Inguinal hernia - the Weakness of the Abdominal wall testicular and the penis - caused it -of course
Before that happened I was very strong sexuality
I was at doctor- andrologist and he diagnosed 1. varicocele 2.  susp hypogonadism
