But from what your saying you may need some kind of theropy, some one who can understand your problems, this is not the right place, you may need to start with your own doctor, so he/she can inform you which would be your be course of action.

There are probably tests to answer at lease some of your questions about yourself. Why not see a good counselor or therapist? They have access to all that stuff, and are interesting to talk to as well.
