reversed ejaculation ?

i"m a 58 yr young man ,recovering alcoholic,taken zoloft ,overall health good, smoker..yes, in the past year my ejaculate has been gettn less an less.now i cant get afull erection and can not get off,  thruogh masterbation (masturbation) or with partner . it almost feels like im getting off but with no ejaculate..i have no pycological concerns or worries that i am aware of .my docter says the ejaculate is probably being dumped into my bladder, i have had no tests to confirm this,but have doubts about this diagnoses.i know zoloft could possibly have something to do with E.D ,but i"ve been using it for 8 weeks now, and the problem started before i started using zoloft. this is pretty frustrating,now i know what it feels like for a woman when her partner pre-ejactulates or cant last long enough for her to climax. my condolences go out to you frustrated women !!!
