right Testicular pain after sex/masterbation

Hey I am a white 20 year old gay male. I consider myself pretty healthy and run to stay in shape. However over the past 6 months i have developed some testicular pain in my right testicle. its like an aching bruise feeling that comes hours or the next day AFTER sex or masturbation. It seems to lie weird sometimes too and sometimes the dull pain can be felt in my right pubic area. I have been to the urologists and taken two cycles of antibiotics, been tested for stds (i have had a few small hpv warts but other than that all negative and in a monogamous relationship) , gotten an ultra sound, and gotten checked for a hernia, still no improvement or diagnosis. the pain only stops when i'm sexually inert (which ***** in itself). Any help?? is it time to go back to the doctor (and would they be able to do anything else productive).

I don't think anything is wrong every man gets pain every now and then in their testicals. Cunsult your doctor and good luck I wish you the best.
