My partner was given alprostadil (suppository type) in his doctor's office and it worked beautifully! We will be trying it together in a few weeks. Would it be okay or safe for me to perform oral sex on him after he has inserted this suppository?

I am giving one more technique for enhancing sexual pleasure.Usual thrust is forward and backward in intercourse..Somtimes one h ave ciclar thurst as well. however vertical movement of penis in vagina is not know generally.
If we contract PC muscle the penise movemnt is up and down (vertical) and if woman contracts her PC muscles she contracts vaginal wall thus prssing the penis in the vgina.Heer we contract the muscle we use while stopping urineation.By practicing cotraction this musle one can learn to move penis vertical and woman can compress penis effectively.
by by bontracting alternatively one can estblish a rytham and this rythm will provice much more pleasure.Wonman's pelvic floor is alslo strenghened.
I underrand if one emjoys coitus fully their life becomes heavenly .So one musst try to learn as muas possible to have healthy sex so that they really enjoy life fully

I do not know anything about alprostadil suppository. However as you mentioned about oral sex, i have a suuggestion how to use your tongue to enhance pleasure in oral sex.
1 Serpent tongue: Lash out with your tongue like a snake. Project it quickly out of mouth, making it firm and sharp-pointed. Shoot it straight forward and practice increasing speed. The serpent Tongue is recommended for stimulating your partner's ears,breasts(nipples) and genitals.
