My advice is to make an appointment to see your doctor for referral to a urologist to check out for any underlying problems with the testes and prostate gland.

It is best to get any different sensations and abnormalities diagnosed as soon as possible.  To wait to see it gets better.  Make the appointment and get checked out.  It is far better to get things checked out and find nothing wrong.

Best wishes.

I googled your problem and found two contradictory answers that drink eough water and do less vigorous masturbation. the other says you meet urologist.
I feel that if you are getting this problem continually, you should approach a urologist for consultation.
Tingling sensation is more worrisome.
