skin condition on my penis

so i am 20 and i have noticed that the skin on my penis is getting really thin and light, and im able to see a ton of my veins that are blue and red everywhere when i have an erection (it doesnt look like normal penises). also the head of my penis is getting blue on the underside of it. Plus, i had a circumcision when i was 13 and the skin on my penis is pretty tight. it seems like there are areas where i see tiny stretch marks. on top of that after i masterbate my penis gets pretty dry and it seems like it has been more dry than years in the past. by the way none if it is hurting or anything, its just that my penis looks like it could be in the top ten ugliest. Is there any lotion or anything i can do to help this?

It sounds like the circumcision was done tightly. Since it was done at age 13, your penis probably wasn't done growing yet. When your penis grew bigger, the skin got tighter and thinned out. This is just a guess based on what you're describing. There is nothing unusual about seeing veins on the penis - it is quite natural. What is unnatural, however, is the taught skin. The foreskin exists for a reason, to provide plenty of "play" in the shaft skin during masturbation and intercourse.  The dryness is also due to the loss of the inner foreskin, a specialized mucous membrane, which can no longer provide natural lubrication to your penis. It sounds like your penile shaft skin is stretched to its limit. You can try gentle stretching techniques to grow more skin, which may also make it more "attractive" to you by partially concealing the veins. You can "restore" just enough skin to increase mobility, or go all the way and get an approximation of your natural foreskin back. Visit this site:
