skin cuts on penis surface

Hello. I am married for 30 yrs. recently I find cracks develop on the mid part of my penis skin  and heals in 4/5 days even without medicine. The skin surface at this part of the penis has become non elastic and when stretched it deveops cracks. Of course it heals after few days. I do not find any relevance to inter-course for this. I think I tried a spray some years back and that possibly could be a reason for the skin losing elasticity. Can any one explain the problem and the medicine for this?
