small bumb under hair folicle in public region

I have a bump about the size of a dime under the skin of my pubic region about an inch away from the shaft of my penis. Its been there for a few days and i thought it was a ingrown hair. I tend to trim and tweeze my pubic region because the hair gets really long and starts to irritate me. I have tried to squeeze it but its pretty firm and nothing comes out. I know it is not an STD because i've Never had sex before. Its slightly raised above the skin as well and twice after squeezing it a very small amount of pus came out, also blood has came out a well. but for the past 2 days nothing has come out anymore. I can't tell if it hurts or not because ive been so worried about it i have been squeezing it often and poking the top to see if i can squeeze anything else out of it. I think if i leave it alone it wont hurt and its slightly red on the surface. Im afraid it cancerous or a really bad condition. Im only 14 so it would be embarrassing to share this with my parents and get them real worried. Can someone please help?

Well i live with my mom, and her boyfriend. and hes not easy to talk to either. I think its getting smaller in size. Its not as large as when i  had gotten it. maybe about the size of pee now instead of a dime/penny.

It very could be an infected hair. You have to stop squeezing it. I understand your being uncomfortable talking to your mom about this, but what about your dad? You may need to see your Dr if this keeps up or gets any worse so think about talking to your dad.
