hello, i am 18 years old and have had a small bump on my right testicle for about the last 2 years. It is about the size of a pimple or grain of rice and is attached to my right testicle. It is completely painless and has caused me no problems over the 2 years. I was just wondering if there is any chance that this could be cancerous? and how long does it take for someone after discovering a lump to start having severe symptons to cancer? Would I have noticed any other symptons by now? please write back, thank you
