small lumps on penis

For a while i've had very small lumps at the base of my pubic hair about 1mm wide at the most. They are more prominent when it is erect, they are firm and i tried to pop one, which released puss. They are the same colour as normal skin, not red and are very slightly raised off the skin.

Any information would be appreciated, they aren't causing any pain, but i've been wondering if its something i should be concerned about, thank you in advance.
