small mass on right testicle

I'm 24
Well about 2 months ago i was having some pain on my right testicle. Sometimes it would just hurt randomly through out the day, sometimes when i sat down, and sometimes when I ejaculated.

I noticed a small lump/mass (its more of a line then circular). Well freaked out i went to the doctor and told him i was having some pain in my right testicle and i think there may be a lump. he examined me and said he found no signs of tumor and that it was prolly an infection causing the pain and gave me antibiotics.

I ended up not taking the antibiotics becuz the pain went away a few days later. Well i still have the lump on my testicle and im not even sure if the doctor noticed it. What should i do? Is it a cyst of some kind? Should i be worried?
