sore, red, flacky and dry penis

hi, ever since i first pulled my forskin back (15 years old) i have noticed my knob(glans) are very red, sore and uncomfterble. i done some research and i have not experienced red or white dotts. i have been washing the area very carefully and it has not improved infact if anything it has got worse sumtimes when i leeve the forskin pulled back my knob becomes dry and cracked and sumtimes flakey im now 19 and this is becoming very annoying and im getting worried. can sumbody please giv suggestions of creams or anything so as i can avoid the docs??? thanx

Cortizone 10 "cream" should help your condition.  Its a topical steroid cream.  Otherwise, if that doesnt work see a dermatologist for something stronger.
