spots on back

hello i am still a teenager and i find it embarassing to take of mi top in public when it is hot i.e swimming
the reason for this is that i have loads of spots on my shoulders,upper back arms and chest.
these spots are not anything out of the ordinary they are just like spots on face. it s only that i shower everyday and i have tried using these anti - spot soaps but nothing has really helped
any ideas of what i can do to lessen the amounts of them???

these spots are called acne.all teenagers have them.you should go to a dermatologist to cure them.
