stabbing groin pain after stretch, now discomfort

Hi,
I'm a 26 year old, healthy, fit male.  When I stretched in my chair a few weeks ago, I felt a really bad stabbing pain in my right groin.  It was so painful that I jumped to my feet.  The pain subsided, but there has been slight discomfort ever since.  I thought I pulled a muscle, and that it would get better over time, but there's been no change.  I was wearing too-tight jeans at the time, and the belt buckle was about where the pain was.  The discomfort feels sort of like blueballs, but I have a lot of sex exclusively with my girlfriend, so it's not that.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated; I'm a little worried now...

Sounds like you may have pulled a muscle. If pulled bad, it can take weeks or months for it to get better. It is much like a spranged ankle. I break heals faster then a sprang.
