std help scared to go to parents

please help me i had sex with a older female that i dint know it just happened she was around her 30-s im only 16 and i was so turned on that i dint think about std-s i tryed vaginal sex but she smelled very nasy(but again i was verry exited) and dint care and i put it in when i was done and i was walking back home i had a burning sensation i went home and checked my head and there was a white substance kinda like white wet dirt or sand ever since that day i got a yellow discarge and a couple days a month is really bad to the point i have to shower 2-ce a day to keep the odor out i dont have pain peeing ive gotten like a iritation some type of rash next to my privates it looks like the skin is really dry and its itchy and when i scratch it lumps start to apear im sure this is a std im scared to tell my mom and i have no insurance of any type this has been goen on for about 4 months know i want to know what it is please help me i have thought of suicide beacuse of this i fu**cked up please help me...
