std test

hello,

can someone list the tests that i should takes if i suspect of any sort of std? if the tests says negative and im currently married to one woman, should i be taking the tests again if we continue to have unprotected sex after coming out with negative results?

i found the below 7 tests. where can i get this done? have i missed any tests?

1.    Chlamydia
2.    Gonorrhoea
3.    Mycoplasma genitalium
4.    Ureaplasma genitalium
5.    Trichomonas vaginalis
6.    Gardnerella vaginalis
7.    Herpes Simplex I/II

also our local blood donation facility conducts the below tests

We also test all donations for five transfusion-transmissible infectious diseases, using seven different tests:
HIV/AIDS
hepatitis B
hepatitis C
Human T-cell Lymphotropic Virus- HTLV
syphilis.

The above tests from the blood donation facility is any different to the 7 tests?

a little info on what i had...

i started to have small red spots (few of them, not blisters/lumps) on my penis head during intercourse. at first i assumed it was due to condom allergicness. i started to apply moitsure and clean myself properly. i didnt think it could be because of any dieseas and least care at that time. after few days, not exactly sure how many days i started to itch badly. i noticed ants in my car and assumed it was because of that. because of iteching the skin became red and started a slightly swell in the areas where i itched. it took a couple of days to go down. the itching was never near the genital area. similar itching again continued weeks after (not exactly sure of the timeframe) first time and it has settled again after few days. i assuemd it maybe from bed bugs.

when this all started, at one stage my penil head, head alone looked like the picture below.

please understand, its the penil head which looked like that and not the other skin like the picture above. i assumed it was from rough sex without any lubrication and continued to apply moisture for it heal. i cant remember how long it took to heal and did not notice it much.

after few weeks, i didnt care to notice how my penis looked. yesterday i saw it again, and there was one very light red dot (less than 1cm) in head remaining.

after reading this forum, im quite concerned if i have herpes and even more worried by the fact the blood tests will give false results when the virus is not alive and active.

i'm going to monitor this red spot and check how long it will take to heal and check if it reoccuers.

ok another update to what i read on the internet. it could be because of yeast infection? the picture above i posted can also because of yeast infection?
