swollen glands on my inner thighs

i have swollen lymph nodes on my inner thighs right and left for 6 years now it doesnt go away

Hi,
   Any lymph node swelling that lasts more than two weeks should be shown to a doctor. While there may be many reasons for continued  lymph swelling, one of the reasons can be  filarial cyst, especially if you have visited any endemic areas in the past few years before the swellings appeared.
