swollen right testicle

by 18431843, May 17, 2007 12:00AM
About a week ago I experienced small intermittent dull pains in my right testicle.  They continued for a few days, then declined.  Now there is no pain but my right testicle is swollen, probably half again as large as the left testicle.  I was gouting some tiles without using gloves and I noticed some discomfort in my hands as a result. I wonder if I could have infected my blood stream or a testicular gland by doing this.
