syringe attack gives hiv

Look I did not mean to get this situation, it was a old female cleaner, and she was pissed off because the kitchen was a mess. Then when I wet out my bedroom door I saw her, and as I was not looking it I felt a slight *****. Never saw anything of it, but when checked later saw some dry blood, which I flicked off, but there was nothing underneath.
Please answer these two questions
-If I was stabbed by a syringe would there be alot of blood

Daly - a maid passed you, and you felt a ***** but didn't see anything happen, and from that you think she stabbed you with a syringe with HIV virus on it?
