testesterone patches, yohimbine, oral sex?

Using testesterone patches also 5.4 yohimbine pills 3 times daily,had a erection that wasn't really hard,rubbed it on anul area,used hand oral sex also didn't really make it hard enough for penetration,oral did make me ***,want to have an erection that will at least allow penetration and not be like "jello" or a" rubber chicken",it is very embarrising to be pleasured in this manner,any suggestions how to make it harder.
