i never realy check my testicals often but i know iv had this for a long time but what it is is that iv notices a lump wot feels like a tube at the top of my testical wen i check the right testical this tube isnt swollen my left ball is larger than the right one about 1 or 2 times larger i have no pain and no discumfort or eneything like that no problems its just iv noticed it and wondered what it is iv serched on the intonet about varicocele and it sounds like wot i have exept wen it says it feels like a bag or worms or more than one tube this thing wot i have it feels like a solid tube so i dont know what it is i have no problems running,sitting,jumping or eneything its just that iv noticed it and wondered what it is....
