testical shapes and growths

For awhile now I have been feeling like something is growing out of 1 end  or side of lefty. I don't remember it being this shape all my life, if memory serves me, they have always been more regularly shaped (like a football (only smaller)). Righty seems to be normal to my memory but does tend to pull up inside pretty tight during orgasims. And that has started in more recent years.
Lefty has also been a bit more on the tender side and sort of flatter than righty. Since I have never felt anyone elses balls (and don't plan too), I'm not sure how normal or abnormal this is. I'm 46 and I don't remember any recent trauma to the boys.

If one of the boys is more tender than usual, and his shape has changed - get thee to a dr!  Recent trauma or not (and your post said no), this does not sound normal (again, your post indicates changes from your normal).

Beleive me, if either of my boys was "misbehaving" like that - I would have him checked out ASAP!
